My experience with talent stem and Graeme and Russel first started in 2025. Russell contacted me with a proposal to apply for a role, unfortunately the role was looking for someone with a different degree / experience. This left me disappointed and stuck in a role unrelated to my degree and with minimal hours. Russell mentioned he would keep me in mind for any other roles related to my education.
